Team – building, the leading of seminars for executive committees mediation or regulation of conflicts within existing teams

Team Building :
- Team-building: conceive and lead actions to reinforce the team cohesion. These missions are organised depending on the culture, the values and the problems of our clients. They can help people to take conscience of their resources, what they need to focus on; they can help to establish action plans and root knowledge on a daily professional field.
Leading of management groups:
- Prepare the intervention with the General management: issues of the seminar, the unavoidable purposes and the expected effects
- Exploratory interviews with members of the Management group: their experience, their expectations, their demands, the operational questions needing to be looked at...
- Co-building of the programme of the seminar with the General Management according to the objectives and the results of the individual interviews.
- Leading of the Management group
Mediation or Regulation of conflicts within « natural » teams:
- Analyse the demand of the Human Resources Management and/or the hierarchy
- Assess the situation and choose what methodology to use in function of the being
- Lead one or several meetings with the team so we can identify the resources, resolve the difficult points and find long-term solutions in which the members of team will reinforce their autonomy
- We can complete the team meetings with individual work sessions with the direct superior of the team
Our experience is based on dozens of actions of this type completed over 15 years.
