Educational film: Growing with questions
Objective: Show leaders why it is important for them to develop their “coaching” abilities and how much their coaching abilities can affect their partners’ evolution.
Results: Following the viewing of the interactive film, which puts you in the position of the coach, 80% of the leaders enrolled themselves on that specific programme.
Other films
Films intended for the animation of events or for the realisation of surveys on culture and values. We design short films, fiction ,documentaries aiming to give a faithful reproduction of the contents of opinion polls or dealing with the culture of a company. Working with image allows us to stimulate awareness and accelerate the changes of viewpoints. It also favours the union of the group around a visual trace.
