Conception of educational tools and games
 Existing novel: “Zoublilai, emperor of China”
Film on the expression of three philosophers and two contemporary witnesses on the subject of power : Confucius for the aspect of virtue; Sun Tzu for the strategic point of view, Machiavel for the political light; Eugène Enriquez for the socio-psychanalytic aspect and Jacob Duvernet for the journalistic testimonial.
Objective: Create the opportunity to think carefully on how to use power without confronting a taboo and difficult subject in companies.
Results: Thanks to a seminar based on reading the novel describing how a Chinese and Mongolian emperor reigned during the XII Century, and dicussing it, each person could identify their progression in the art of governing. Showing the film allowed us to start a real individual and group work on the meaning of power and associated responsibilities. The participants could also define the limits of their own ethics within the exercise of power better.
