Example of a development center:
Objective: a client asked us to design a game to help his management committee to think about conflicting messages the behaviour of the leaders was sending , how little represented certain values of the company were, and finally how to avoid repetitive resignations.
Results: The creation of an assessment center based on the functioning of a fictive company stimulated awareness and leaders started thinking about a more customer-orientated and more people-orientated company.
