Coaching participating to the development of plural intelligence : accompaniment by consultants,  artists and experts to develop difficult skills  to work with classic methods (for problematics like for example work on self confidence, judjement or speak in public...

A rigorous methodology based on the respect of the professional code of ethics

Our approach: clear objectives, clear rules of the game with all the actors, elaboration of a contract of coaching, work on the understanding of the client’s environment and formulation of the problem. Our approach helps the client to find his own solutions and be autonomous The coach at Païdià knows how to use tools (PCM,MBTI…) and grids (Systemic Approach and Neurolinguistic Programming : NLP) but still remains open-minded.Every coach at Païdià has worked on themselves and is regularly supervised.

A Solid experience and results
More than two hundred leaders and managers have participated to our programmes since 1996 in the service sector ( consulting agencies, finance, law, advertising and communication), public sector and industry, with for main results an improvement of performance, a bigger autonomy and more facility to find their place and their own ways to succeed.
Training to the leader coach by alternating collective sessions with individual accompaniments. Conception of a Coaching programme for Management for  E&Y since 1998 (about 400 persons participated).
