The art of leadership

After learning the basis of management and the display of a "seminar on leader coach" , one of our clients asked us to design a programme to reinforce the capacities of management to create quality relationships, to unite and to inspire the colleagues who now expect a different form of legitimacy from their leaders.

We designed an action based on the development of plural intelligence in order to teach the participants how to create and enrich quality relationships relying on the whole of their resources.
