The founder


Païdià was founded in 2005 by Fabienne Bernard who has developed an artistic experience as well as an experience in consulting and coaching for management. This double experience made her realise how rich and complementary it is to use both approaches together. That’s what decided her to start Païdià. Her own experience is combined with that of experts in art, consultants and clients.






Professional Experience

DESS in Social Psychology in 1983, (which is 5 years studying) plus more than 20 years’ experience in consulting for leadership and development of human resources. Consultant and leader in a business unit in national agencies such as BPI or international such as PA Consulting Group. Head of the communication department at Motorola. Associate consultant for the agency Variations from 1998 to 2004.
Creation of Païdià in 2005.
 
Artistic Experience

Course in Visual Arts in 2003 (Visual Arts and cinema)
Creation in visual arts since 1980 (illustration for newspapers, seminars and regularly painting and modelling since 2001)
Directing of educational films: an interactive film on coaching, a film on the theme of power and short films between 2000 and 2006.



Associate Senior Consultant: Marie-Lou de GAILLANDE


DESS in Social and Industrial Psychology , Marie-Lou de Gaillande has been a consultant in Communication, Training and Management since 1983 in different organisations of both the public and private sectors. She taught at the University of Provence for postgraduates studying Social Psychology. Marie-Lou also got a diploma in Communication and Strategy of Changes from the Institute Gregory Bateson in 1996. And she orientated her activities towards change management. She developed actions for personal and professional assessment, individual coaching and solving of conflicts.
Marie-Lou is part of a theatre troop, which helps her to enrich her abilities thanks to an artistic activity.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VISUAL ARTS

Patrick: double skilled
Photographer and journalist for more than 20 years : Patrick has published more than 25 books. His latest albums: Safaris (Flammarion 2004), Majestueuse Indonesie (Atlas 2004), Les Iles grecques (Le Chene 2004) and Extreme Sud (Artaud 2005). To come out “à hauteur d’homme” (la Martiniere 2006)
Visual and graphic arts: Has a diploma of the High School of Graphic Arts in Paris, Patrick had numerous professional lives: artistic director at Marie-Claire, graphic advertising creator, illustrator. He also paints and sculpts.

CINEMA AND VISUAL ARTS

Jean-Jacques has a double skilled.
Cinema: Conception/writing and directing. He has directed creative documentaries (national and regional development, “la citadelle” about the rehabilitation of a city, “Raoul Duffy et la fee electricite” on the biggest picture of the world). He has worked a lot for the industrial and institutional sector (about a hundred documentaries) and for TV with television programmes such as: “Nous les femmes” for which he was the creator and artistic producer.
Art: Jean-Jacques has a diploma from “Beaux Arts” and spends most of his time creating in his workshop.
 
CINEMA

Anne: specialized in production, writing and directing. She successfully created and directed TV youth programmes. She is also well-known for her management of shooting logistics. She is the author of “Sacatruc” for Canal J and also the author and director of “Calin Matin” for France 2. She was also involved in the making of “Ete Show 42”, a daily TV programme shot in various countries. She also produced, directed and was the Head of Logistics of “Urgence sauvage”, an animal documentary for France 3.

SINGING

Sébastien: has a diploma from the National Conservatory of Music in Lyon, also a diploma from the University of Musicology and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Sebastien sings with the biggest orchestras: Les Musiciens du Louvre, Les Arts Florissants and sings solo in numerous festivals. He has recently recorded as Athamas (extract of Semele by Haendel directed by David Stern)

THEATRE

Pascale: she has studied acting at the “Maison des Arts” in Creteil and at the University of Porto with work experiences from 1988 to 2003. Pascale acted in 25 plays from 1986 to 2004: Racine, Brecht, Beckett, Faulkner, Duras…in Paris and throughout France. She has also started both directing and teaching since 1995 at the Theatre de la Bernardine, at the Theatre de Montreuil and at Gymnase in Marseille.
 
THEATRE

Isabelle: Isabelle has a Business Studies diploma from Le Havre. After having worked in business, she decided to join the Gymnase theatre troop in Marseille in 1997. In 1999, she became a partner of the association Katir Bur and created shows around Louis Ferdinand Celine as well as shows for regional companies (Biennale des Compagnies Regionales). Isabelle explored Marguerite Duras’ writing with a one-man show at the theatre of Lenche. She has also started theatre workshops.
